The company has successfully completed production, testing, and all assessments for the lubrication station of the P4900 Vertical Scroll Decanter Centrifuge, a project commissioned by a subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec). The equipment was officially shipped on July 4, 2025. The successful delivery marks another significant achievement in the strategic cooperation between both parties.

This project delivers a dedicated lubrication station custom-built for the P4900 Vertical Scroll Centrifuge, which fully matches and can seamlessly replace the original brand-matched product in both functionality and performance. Faced with challenging operational conditions, stringent technical requirements, and a tight delivery schedule, the company assembled a specialized technical team. Through in-depth on-site research, continuous optimization of solutions, and efficient resource allocation, we ensured the high-quality delivery of the product. While fulfilling the specialized structural design and dual-branch lubrication circuit functions, this lubrication station ensures robust safety and quality assurance: in terms of safety performance, all electrical components feature explosion-proof designs with a protection rating of Exia IICT4; In terms of material selection, it is constructed with 304 stainless steel, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability. Notably, this product outperforms conventional lubrication stations in the following aspects:
- To address the differential flow requirements of the gearbox and main shaft oil pump, the original dual-output motor was replaced with two independent motors precisely matched to their respective power needs. This upgrade not only simplifies debugging operations but also enables precise fault localization during maintenance and servicing due to the dual-motor configuration.
- The application of a duplex filter which is compact in size, simple in switching, and is convenient for cartridge replacement, reduces the overall dimensions of the hydraulic station while enabling side-mounted installation for easier maintenance.
- Adding pressure transmitters enables accurate signal transmission to the centrifuge control system, allowing real-time monitoring of hydraulic station pressure conditions from the central control room. Through automatic interlocking, this effectively ensures the safe operation of the centrifuge unit.
- Custom-designed based on the customer's specific operational conditions, this hydraulic station not only guarantees optimal functionality and efficiency but also complies with the spatial constraints of the installation site.
