Tianjin Promising Once Again Completed the Domestication Transformation of 2 German Siebtechnik TSDT1100 Centrifuges
On May 15, 2025, Tianjin Promising once again successfully tested and shipped two transformed German Siebtechnik TSDT1100 centrifuges for a large enterprise in Qinghai province.
The Siebtechnik TSDT1100 centrifuge is a traditional German brand centrifuge. As early as 2023, Promising successfully designed and transformed one for this enterprise. The equipment is operating normally, with centrifuge output fluctuating around 16.5 tons/hour according to production needs, fully meeting design expectations and receiving full customer recognition. The two machines designed and transformed this time are a further equipment upgrade by Tianjin Promising for this enterprise, following the 2023 transformation.
In 2019, during a visit and technical exchange between Tianjin Promising Company and the enterprise, technical capabilities and professionalism of Tianjin Promising Company left a deep impression on the client. For many issues reported by the client on-site, Tianjin Promising was able to provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful technical support and solutions. In the following years, Tianjin Promising successively overhauled and transformed three Siebtechnik TSTD1100 differentials and one Siebtechnik TSTD1100 centrifuge for this customer, all successfully modified on the first attempt. This not only met the technical requirements for structural design improvements but also significantly increased the client's production capacity, resulting in safe and stable equipment operation and earning high praise and recognition from the client.
In June 2024, the enterprise and Tianjin Promising Company signed another contract for the transformation of two TSTD1100 centrifuges. The transformation plan is based on the principles of reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs and making full use of existing assets. Based on the original equipment, new manufacturing and refurbishment were carried out, covering system upgrades, safety performance optimization, and other aspects, aiming to comprehensively improve equipment operating efficiency and service life.
After the repair and transformation of the TSDT1100 centrifuge equipment, after assembly and testing, continuous idle operation tests were conducted on the test bench for 8 hours. Various technical indicators, including the horizontal and vertical vibration values of the main bearings, the main bearing return oil temperature, and noise, all met the test requirements. The performance of the centrifuge has been significantly improved, and the operational stability and safety have met customer expectations. The material handling capacity will reach more than 16 tons/hour.
