The process fluid handled in this project features flammable explosive properties, low density difference and fine particle size, which brings high challenges for solid liquid separation. Facing such difficult to separate feedstock, Tianjin Promising’s technical team developed multiple alternative design solutions to meet required separation performance. The final adopted main design parameters and schemes are listed below:

Dual frequency conversion and dual speed regulation configuration
The drum, screw hub, large end support and small end support are manufactured from centrifugal cast duplex stainless steel
Dual base frame structural design, equipped with four sets of damping springs and four sets of damping cylinders for vibration reduction, damping and vibration isolation purposes
Fully sealed centrifuge construction. A combined sealing system consisting of mechanical seals plus floating ring seal nitrogen control system is adopted to prevent leakage of internal process media to external surroundings and achieve zero medium escape.
