This project corresponds to the relocation‑revamp initiative of a chemical enterprise based in Tianjin. The relocation‑revamp work was an important safety‑environmental‑protection project. After relocation to the Nangang Base, effective safety segregation was realized between industrial zones and residential areas. Overhaul and reuse of legacy equipment during relocation constituted an important measure to guarantee stable production and control capital investment after site relocation.
As a Tianjin‑based manufacturer, Promising delivered full‑scope professional services for this project to support safe operation of the PVC production facility.
Scope of work under this contract is specified as follows:
Overhaul services for three imported large‑size centrifuges, including replacement of all drum taper sections, spiral taper‑section blades, main‑machine and motor pulleys, alongside other overhaul and legacy‑equipment reuse‑related retrofitting works.
Retrofit of one low‑voltage centrifuge motor, plus redesign and fabrication of one inverter power‑supply cabinet and one control cabinet.
Retrofit of two existing electrical control cabinets.
All deliverables for the project were completed and supplied by September 30, 2021, and the equipment has been put into operational service.
