In early 2022, Tianjin Promising learned that a company in Fujian Province was facing significant production issues due to improper equipment selection in a dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) separation project. Through comprehensive technical communication with the customer, Tianjin Promising demonstrated its expertise in handling this specific material, convincing the customer that it was the only company in China to achieve successful separation of DMT. As a result, both parties signed a technical agreement and a supply contract for 3 sets of centrifuges in July 2022.
Regarding the separation of dimethyl terephthalate, Tianjin Promising had already engaged in extensive technical exchanges and cooperated with Japan’s Teijin Group back in 2014. At that time, Teijin Group chose Tianjin Promising instead of Japanese-made centrifuges, and the most important reason is that imported centrifuges are typically designed as general-purpose standard equipment, and manufacturers are often reluctant to invest significant effort and resources into developing specialized machines. Tianjin Promising, however, removes such limitations for customers by offering tailored technical solutions. The LW650-DQF specialized centrifuge provided by Tianjin Promising successfully separated dimethyl terephthalate in a single attempt. All three units were put into operation in 2014 and have been running stably for ten years.
In January 2023, Tianjin Promising delivered three sets of LW635X1905-N centrifuges to the customer as scheduled. This model is an optimized upgrade based on the LW650-DQF, featuring targeted improvements in parameters and structural design. This customized, upgraded version of the specialized equipment has greatly satisfied the customer from Fujian Province.
The equipment excels in separating dimethyl terephthalate, meeting the three key technical indicators: production capacity, moisture content of the filter cake, and clarity of the mother liquor. After nearly a year of stable operation, the customer signed another contract with Tianjin Promising in December 2023 for additional 3 sets of complete machines and 1 set of rotor assembly. On September 26, 2024, the latest order was loaded and shipped!
