In December 2024, A large chemical enterprise in Henan Province entrusted our company with the upgrading and Transformation of LW900 horizontal Scroll decanter centrifuge and it was delivered on schedule. In January 2025, On-site installation and commissioning was completed and the machine was formally put into operation.
The upgrade and renovation of the LW900 centrifuge and differential is the first maintenance and renovation project of Brubant equipment undertaken by Tianjin Promising in the melamine industry. It is also an important demonstration of technical strength and market competitiveness of Tianjin Promising, and has significant impact on the company's position in the melamine industry. Through the transformation, not only have a series of problems with the original centrifuge equipment been solved for customers, such as the liquid end bearing of the centrifuge being stuck due to lack of oil, the spindle jumping violently, and the bearing seat and machine seal being damaged to varying degrees, but also the original functions and technologies have been improved. The centrifuge temperature sensor can monitor the temperature of the main bearing in real time, the pressure transmitter can monitor the lubrication status of the main bearing in real time, and the filtrate inside the casing can be effectively collected, thus ensuring the separation effect of centrifuge materials and the safe operation of the centrifuge equipment.
After the equipment arrived at the customer's site, we immediately arranged after-sales personnel to install and debug it. Through trial operation on the machine, all operational indicators of the equipment were stable. The temperature at the large end of the main bearing was around 53℃, and the temperature at the small end of the main bearing was around 55℃. The average horizontal vibration value at the large end of the main bearing was 2mm/s, and the average vertical vibration value was 1.72mm/s; Main bearing small end: The average horizontal vibration value is 2.2mm/s, and the average vertical vibration value is 1.8mm/s. As of today, the overall operation status of the equipment is good, providing customers with a dual guarantee of safe operation and production efficiency. Customers have recognized our work and have reached a preliminary cooperation intention for the upgrade and renovation of the next equipment.
