离心机工作原理
离心机转鼓由电动机通过皮带驱动，达 到预定的工作转速。悬浮液由进料管导入螺 旋体内腔，经周向分配口进入转鼓沉降区域， 转鼓带动悬浮液一同旋转，在离心力场的作 用下，固相质点的沉降力达到其重力的千余 倍，从而加大了固液相之间的比重差加速固 液分离。比重大的固相物沉积在转鼓内壁外 环，比重小的液相分布在转鼓内壁内环。由 差速器产生转差传送给螺旋，使沉积在鼓壁 上的固相物推至锥段干燥区，进一步脱液后 排出转鼓，而澄清了的液相随着悬浮液的连 续加入而经溢流口排出 。
