  1. Strategic Review, Precise Deployment: Departmental Summary Meeting Initiated the Process

On the afternoon of August 4, the company first held the 2025 First-Half Departmental Summary Meeting. The meeting was Chaired by General Manager Ms.Su, and the Deputy General Manager Mr.Wu as well as core management personnel from all departments attended the meeting. It focused on the theme "Uniting Strengths to Fulfill Our Mission." At the meeting, we conducted an in-depth review of the company's operational goal  achievements during the first half of the year.

Department heads presented their key achievements for the first half of the year one by one, together with the challenges encountered and targeted improvement plans. Through detailed data analysis and case-study sharing, they systematically reviewed the company’s progresses and shortcomings in market expansion, production operations, technological innovation, and talent development. In her closing remarks, Ms. Su gave a detailed review of each department’s performance and set out clear objectives and deployments for the second half covering such aspects as team management, business advancement, product optimization, and quality control, thus charting the course for the future work.

  1. Uniting the Strengths of All Staff, Mapping Out the Company Future Together: The Grand All-Staff Meeting Convened

On the afternoon of August 5, the 2025 First-Half all-staff summary meeting themed “Determined to Innovate, Steadfast in Reaching Far” was grandly held. The whole staff of the company gathered together to attend the meeting chaired by Chen Shuoxin, Director of the General Affairs Office.

General Manager Ms.Su attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech to comprehensively summarized the company’s achievements in the first half of the year and scientifically mapped out the development blueprint for the second half. The speech focused on the following aspects:

  1. Marketing Center: Presented an in-depth analysis of sales performance, year-over-year data changes, trends over the last 5 years, and the bidding/contracting results for the first half of the year.
  2. After-sales Service Center: Summarized the business achievements and made key deployments for the following work.
  3. Production Center: Conducted a comprehensive review of critical indicators such as production line output, overtime hours, on-time warehousing rate, and product delivery performance.
  4. Technology Center: Summarized the progress of key design projects, assessed the overall strength of the whole technical team, and on-site awarded Jiang Jian and Li Dequan with red-envelope bonuses, who are the outstanding technical backbone of the company.
  5. Supply Department: put forward overall work requirements and expectations for this team mainly consisting of new members.
  6. Quality Department: Analyzed the product inspection pass rate and process quality deviations, and on-site recognized and rewarded outstanding front-line employees who met performance standards with red-envelope bonuses.
  7. Human Resources Management Department: Outlined the company’s talent development strategy to clarify the initiatives for optimizing team management and incentive mechanisms.

Through data-based analysis, precise deployment and incentive-based recognition, the meeting greatly boosted the morale and injected strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development for the second half of the year.

In the evening, a warm and convivial team-building banquet was held at Youpeng Seafood Hotel. Every family member of the Tianjin Promising Company came together to raise glasses for celebration. At that moment we were not merely colleagues fighting side-by-side, but also close family. The room is filled with laughter, cheer and affection, vividly demonstrating the company’s positive, harmonious and forward-moving corporate culture.
