III. Earnest Expectations, Reiterating Principles

Addressing all newly appointed managers, Ms. Su reiterated the philosophy that "Those who shoulder responsibility advance; those capable of growth go far." She pointed out that the company's provision of favorable remuneration and a broad stage is essentially an investment in managers' "sense of responsibility" and "growth." She demanded that every manager must thoroughly solve problems, not merely pass them on. Discussing "details" and "foundations," Ms. Su used her experience accompanying top international clients for factory audits as an example to explain the profound truth that "details determine success or failure, and the site is the market." She particularly affirmed the standardized, visual management promoted over more than a decade by Deputy General Manager Wu Zheng, as well as the efforts of various production system leaders.

IV. Action Guidelines, Beating the War Drums

To transform the blueprint into reality, Ms. Su presented a clear action guideline and assessment standard of "Four Awarenesses" to all managers and colleagues: Goal Awareness, Problem Awareness, Improvement Awareness, and Courage-to-Manage Awareness. She required all departments to use this as the standard to drive their work. She encouraged all newly appointed managers to remember their mission, fulfill their vows, treat their letters of appointment as military orders, and consider today's venue as the starting point.
